Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for using Collis Bird and Withey Bookbinders. We hope you are satisfied with your books. If you are not and there is something wrong we’re here to help. Please contact us to determine wether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you have any questions:
As all work we do is bespoke/personalised we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect on our part (ie. incorrect lettering, missing pages, printing faults, etc.). Please contact us to discuss the issue and the next course of action. If determined to be faulty/incorrect the best option is usually to replace your book(s). In which case you will not be required to return the books(s) to us unless we feel we need to inspect the fault. If determined that a replacement is warranted we will strive to replace the book(s) as soon as possible.
We are not held responsible for damage to items during shipping. We package all our books so damage will not occur. In case of damage during shipping please contact us and we will determine wether we are able to replace your book(s).
You have 14 days to notify us of fault of an item from the date you receive it.
If you are unhappy with our work please contact us so we may discuss any dissatisfactions you may have and we can work out how best to resolve your issues.
In case of refund we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card. You will receive the credit within 1-2 working days or depending on your card issuers policies.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Post to:
